Our History

Tom Wiseman and Merlyn Brockhouse founded Alliance Construction with a vision to deliver consistent, high-quality service to our clients while supporting employees to grow personally and professionally.

Alliance Construction brings 50+ years of earthwork and excavation experience to Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. We focus on a variety of commercial earthwork projects, site preparation and development, street and highway work, demolition, and underground utilities.
