Tom Wiseman, a veteran in the civil construction industry, has been leading and managing departments since 1999. His commitment to quality led to the founding of Alliance Construction, a company that strongly emphasizes career-oriented, quality employees and partners with high industry knowledge. Tom's belief that "great businesses are built by great people; their quality shapes success" is a testament to his reassurance and confidence in his business approach.

Our estimating team members have a collective experience approaching a century and come from a variety of industry backgrounds. This diversity is our strength, allowing us to bring a team perspective to each project, whether it's a large building excavation package, bridge and building demolition, site development, urban reconstruction, or heavy underground utility installation.
