What We Believe

Safety starts at the top. Safety and compliance is the responsibility of all employees, including management, who lead by example and maintain a positive attitude towards safety.

Safety Standards

  • While every employee is responsible for zero accidents, safety and supervisory staff provide ongoing oversight to ensure compliance with the strictest safety standards.
  • Our comprehensive safety program is multifaceted and establishes safety and health objectives for all levels of management and employees as outlined in the Alliance Safety Handbook.
  • Our safety program includes regular reviews and evaluations, documentation, and core competency requirements.
  • Alliance employs a full time OSHA authorized trainer on staff who coordinates with various third-party safety organizations to ensure all Alliance employees are receiving the most current training available.
  • Alliance Construction strives to maintain full compliance with OSHA, DOT and all other applicable laws and regulations.

TRAINING & Development

Learning and development are the cornerstones of our employees' success. We are fully committed to performing and training our teams to work with the highest of industry standards.

  • All new Alliance employees complete initial onboarding training regardless of experience. Initial training includes safety, operations, communication, technology, and much more.
  • All employees are mentored, regardless of position, not only to ensure competency with Alliance's technology and processes, but to promote a sense of belonging and community within the company.
  • All training provided is industry leading, compliant, safety focused, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and positivity.
